At Kaissara Hostel experience the peace and harmony of a yoga class right on the premises in the middle of lush rainforest. Yoga teacher Arianna Romairone, originally from New York City, offers all-level Hatha Yoga combining the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breath control), mind concentration, deep relaxation and mantra (devotional chants). Arianna completed a 200-hour Basic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2003 at Shoshoni Ashram in Boulder, Colorado, USA. In 2008, she travelled to India and completed two courses, including Yoga Therapy at Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik. Arianna believes in the power of yoga to bring peace and true happiness to every individual.
